Dress code violation. Any attire which disrupts, or tends to disrupt the educational process, or affect the health or safety of individuals, shall be prohibited. (EC 48900 (k) Board Policy 5132, 5136 and Administrative Regulation 5132, 5136

Warning to student. Notification to parent. Student may be sent home to dress properly or asked to change to more proper attire at school if necessary.
